Notes: Comes as pictured. Has not been tested, but was pulled from a working setup and is assumed to be working. The unit is missing the screws/bolts that bolt it together and to a wall, but is otherwise intact (this unit consists of three separate pieces; the housing with inner boards, the mounting frame, and the control panel). There is a small bend in one corner of the metal housing (see image #7). All buttons and dials feel good and appear to be working as intended. Some cut wires from the previous setup remain attached to the unit (visible in images #3 & #4). No other notable damage or wear.

P.S., This unit's model number is also referred to as QL00-002-01 (all zeros, no 'O')
