Name: Nihon Kohden SM-120AJ Isolation Transformer Unit EEG-1200A (2016)

Notes: Comes as pictured. Powers on and appears to be working as intended. Of the two available units, one of them had a small hole drilled in the back above the AC Source port to attach a zip-tie cable mount (see image #4). The units have some other minor wear, such as minor scratches/scuffs on edges/corners. The ground wire on one of the units has a bit of wear (see image #5). No other notable damage or wear.
