Notes: Comes as pictured. Powers on and light works as intended, as does headlight. The Illuminator unit has some cosmetic wear such as scuffs and scratches (see image #6). The headlamp has no notable damage, but when testing the light cable, noticed a speck in the lens of the headlight (see image #11). No other notable damage or wear.
