The housing of the Cobalt AVL monitor unit has some minor cosmetic wear, none particularly notable. Screen is intact and working with no damage or wear. Also includes power supply and video baton holder, as well as the hard plastic sleeves for the batons to 'clip' onto the holder. The battery of the Cobalt AVL Monitor unit does charge to full and holds the charge, but the battery is not guaranteed to remain working for any particular period of time.
