Notes: Comes as pictured. Untested, but unit was pulled from long-term storage in a working environment. Unit is in fair cosmetic condition with some light wear such as minor scratches. The back of the unit appears to have some speckled stains of some kind. The inner strap of the case, that holds the tester in place, is broken. No other notable damage/wear.
