14 Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as received
• The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components
Items that show signs of use, installation, modification, damage, or missing components are not eligible for return.
Non Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items sold under the category "Equipment for Parts or Not Working"
• Items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or neglect
• Items returned after the 14 day return window
Return Authorization
All returns require prior approval.
To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. If approved, you will receive return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping is covered by us if the item was not as described in the listing.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days
• A restocking fee of 15% may apply if the item is not returned in original condition
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it promptly.
