Notes: Comes as pictured. Unit's image and fiber optic bundle are good (no broken fibers), channel is clear, and the articulation works, but up articulation is reduced. Diopter working as intended. Does not appear to have any kinks. The sheath of the insertion tube requires replacement. Image is clear, but it is not possible to show as we do not have the proper equipment to take images with the device. No other notable damage or wear.
